What's Your Rate Handyman?
We are happy to provide half day and full day rates of $300 and $550. Most small to medium sized jobs can be accomplished in this time frame. That way we can assure that we're giving a fair price for the work performed.

Do I have to pay a deposit?
Your peace of mind is important to us. We usually only charge upfront for material costs if significant Otherwise we settle up at the end of every day whether its a half or full days work. That way everyone feels better.
3
What if I don't like the work you did?
Throughout the job we ask for your feedback. If at any point you aren't satisfied, we take a step back and remedy it before moving forward. By the end of the work there should be no issues that can't be easily resolved without extensive time or materials.

The last guys I hired went smoking every 5 minutes, drank beer all day, smelled like body odor and were constantly late. What if its the same?
We'd expect you to fire us! You're the boss. We don't smoke or drink at work. We wear uniforms and strive to be 100% professional, 100% of the time. If at any time we don't meet your expectations, we can even just pro-rate the work already performed and part ways with no hard feelings.

Can you remove your shoes in my place?
It's understandable you want to keep outside footwear out of your home. It's kind of gross. That's why we wear booties and if it's a larger project we'll even buy a new pair of shoes specifically used only in your home. After project completion, they're donated to charity. Along with all other personal protective equipment, all Handymen and contractors are actually required by us to wear footwear for their safety.

Is there anything you don't do Handyman?
Anything more technically involved that should require specialized services, engineers or higher degree of mastery we tend to leave to the masters. Our sole priority is your long term satisfaction and that also requires safety and legal requirements.
